London Terrace Tones

This renovation in Chelsea, overlooking the Highline, creates a minimalist space from an existing conventional pre-war apartment. The 1,500 sf project utilizes a multi-toned palette of materials and lighting in order to promote openness. A custom plaster mantel anchors the main living area, which also discreetly transitions into a home office. The kitchen and bathroom were designed with maximum efficiency in mind, while utilizing the most elegant and hand crafted material palette.
