This residential Coop renovation is a grouping of four connected residential buildings in the heart of Greenwich Village, with the tallest building at 18 stories and 274 units. The MAD team strategically designed and planned all improvements for the extensive entry lobby, courtyard garden and all common corridors. We also were responsible for designing wayfinding to simplify and clarify navigation throughout the building. Overall, the design is timeless, sophisticated, and comfortable. It welcomes visitors and offers residents an elegant series of spaces to walk through and rest as preferred.
