The Urban Future Lab incubator for entrepreneurs working in the clean technology and energy sector to help them address the challenges they face when starting their businesses. The workspace is located on the 19th floor at 15 MetroTech in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. MAD’s design promotes communication through flexible seating, a variety of meeting spaces, and an exhibition space. The technology is highly visible and encourages experimentation and creativity for tenants and visitors alike.
